Luxury Boxes
BSP has a full range of luxury boxes. We cater for all the retail markets from Jewellers to high-end fashion. We can make these boxes bespoke to your needs and requirements. The boxes can be magnetic fold-down boxes, rigid boxes made from thick cards, wooden boxes for jewellery etc. The boxes can be finished in specialist papers to provide embossed finishes on the box. All boxes can be printed up to 6 spot Pantone colours or 4 colour process print.
We can also provide folded card inserts to help keep your products secure whilst remaining eco-friendly.

Carton Board Boxes
We can make folding board boxes for display and for gifting. These boxes are totally bespoke and can be made from recycled board through wrapped in luxury papers. These boxes help our customers who require boxes which don’t take up a vast amount of space. They can be made with crash-locking bases for easy assembly.

E-commerce & Mailing Boxes
BSP has over 20 years servicing the mailout market with corrugated and luxury mailout packaging.
We have a fantastic range of boxes that can protect the product during transit and ensure it arrives with your customer securely. From standard ‘moving style’ boxes to mailing boxes with self seal and tear strips, these boxes are a great alternative to plastic mailing bags.

Corrugated Food Boxes
We have many sizes of Fish and Chip boxes available, but we can also do your bespoke size if required. These boxes can come in Brown Kraft, Recycled Board or White Kraft Board. We can discuss with you what material to use to ensure your Branded Fish and Chip Boxes enhance your business the best. By using the Recycled Brown Kraft, you can make the Fish and Chip box both recycled and recyclable. Varnish / Laquer
An eco-friendly alternative to lamination. This provides some water resistance and seal ink to protect the design and prevent ink transfer.
Lacquer and varnish are applied like clear ink all over the box and therefore it is still fully recyclable with these applied to it.
Embossing / Debossing
We can offer an embossing/debossing effect on your boxes, whether you are looking to make your logo ‘pop’ or if you would like a particular overall texture.
This finish is not available on corrugated boxes.
Specialist Paper
We have a vast selection of different papers available. Whether it be the different thicknesses of art paper, though to textured papers or dyed papers.
The dyed and textured papers often don’t require lamination on the paper, meaning they can be plastic-free and more sustainable.
